We are a general contractor specializing in residential and commercial restoration to fire, storm and water damage. We are recognized by many insurance carriers, agents, public adjusters and the general public as a reputable and honest company in the industry. We do provide free initial consultations. In some cases we offer free estimates.
Home Insured Services, Inc., has performed over 1,500 successful large loss projects in the last 13 years. We are a member of USAA Contractor Program, AMICA Mutual Preferred Contractor Program, and Liberty Mutual-Ohio Casualty Contractor CARES Program. We have many insurance customers (agents and adjusters) throughout the region. Much of our business comes from referrals.
Our territory includes Delaware, Chester, Montgomery and Southern Bucks counties as well as parts of Philadelphia County. We also serve sections of Northern Delaware. However, our appraisal services may extend well beyond our region.
In addition, our appraisal services include third party disputed estimates, umpire, subrogation matters, as well as estimating per fee. We offer an experienced staff with over 90 years of combined experience in the industry.
